Dear Valued Friends,

Due to COVID-19 and the many changes approaching us at this time we would like to send out a statement to our clients. First and foremost, the health and safety of our clients and team members is our first priority. We completely understand those who have chosen to postpone services at this time, and we support those who do not have an immediate need to consider postponing their services for a week or two as well.

 We also understand that for many reasons, there are clients who will need uninterrupted services from My Super Maids during this time, and we want to assure you that we have implemented several critical changes to our daily routine to ensure the safest operation of business as possible. We are following  the CDC’s instructions on cleaning methods, sanitizers to use, and recommendation on social distancing. We are requesting that any service area be person free during the time of service. We request that persons who must remain home during the service move to a different level or room while the area is cleaned, and anyone who is able to leave the home/office completely during the cleaning to please do so.  We are requesting this to adhere to the social distancing recommendation and reduce any unnecessary person to person contact to protect the health of our teams and clients. 

 All our teams consist of 2 persons, max 3, and are required to wear gloves at all times and to use enhanced sanitizing practices for all common areas. We continue to eliminate cross contamination between servicing areas by only using new cleaning materials for each home, and thoroughly sanitizing all items after each service. Our teams thoroughly understand the importance of informing us immediately if any symptoms of a cold/flu/fever arise, and we have requested the same of all our clients who need servicing as well. Please know that we are committed to the safety of our team and clients, and will continue to monitor this unprecedented situation to stay up to date with our policies and make any necessary changes to keep everyone as safe as possible.

 For those who have generously offered to continue payment without service, or purchase gift cards during this difficult time, words cannot express the comfort your kindness has given our team. These payments/purchases are not expected in any way, and we completely understand for those who need to postpone everything at this time. For those who are able, we welcome the purchase of gift cards, which are redeemable towards future services from My Super Maids. Clients can purchase gift cards via PayPal, or mailed check and a gift certificate will be emailed for future use. We also welcome any referrals for vacant space services, such as move in/move out cleanings, post construction cleanings, warehouse/commercial space cleanings. 


 We want to be there for our customers in any way we can as well, please do not hesitate to reach out if there is anything we can assist you with.
